Nickel Alloy MIG Welding Wire

Available8 products
Nickel alloy MIG (metal inert gas) wire provides filler metal for welding nickel alloys and other compatible metals. This solid wire requires external shielding gas to keep contaminants out of the weld pool during welding. It comes on a coil or spool and is fed through a compatible welding gun in GMAW (gas metal arc welding) tasks.

Nickel Alloy 82 MIG Welding Wire

Nickel Alloy 82 MIG Welding Wire
Nickel alloy 82 MIG welding wire is used for welding nickel-chromium (NiCr) alloys to themselves or to carbon steel or stainless steel. It is suitable for welding applications on equipment that will be exposed to extreme temperatures, such as cryogenic applications or high-temperature applications. It can also be used for overlay applications.

Nickel Alloy 625 MIG Welding Wire

Nickel Alloy 625 MIG Welding Wire
Nickel alloy 625 MIG welding wire is used for welding nickel-chromium-molybdenum (NiCrMo) alloys to carbon steel and stainless steel. It can also be used for cladding and spraying applications. This wire has low iron content, making it suitable for welding applications where dilution of iron must be minimized. It also has high molybdenum content and resists stress, pitting, and crevice corrosion.
