Corded Joist & Stud Right-Angle Drills
Available2 products
Corded joist and stud right-angle drills are two-handled, high-torque versions of general purpose right-angle drills. They are used for heavy-duty drilling and holemaking in plumbing, electrical, and construction tasks. These corded drills allow longer run times than cordless drills for applications where there's access to an electrical outlet.
Corded Joist & Stud Right-Angle Drills
Corded joist and stud right-angle drills are large, powerful drills with two handles for maintaining control during high-torque drilling. They are commonly held at waist level so users can lean into them to increase drilling force. These drills drive wide drill bits and hole-saw attachments to make large holes in applications such as running duct, pipe, and wiring through framing and flooring. Their bit-holding chuck is oriented 90° to the tool body, so they have a slim profile for accessing corners and working between joists and studs. Corded tools plug into an outlet for a long run time to handle repetitive tasks where many holes are being drilled, and to drill through dense or thick materials. They maintain full power during operation and don't have batteries that require recharging.
