Temperature probes monitor air, liquid, surface, or food temperatures. Thermistor probes provide high accuracy over a narrow range of temperatures. Resistance temperature detectors, or RTD probes, measure temperatures over a wide operating range. Thermocouple probes handle higher temperature ranges than other sensors. Temperature probe components, wire, welders, and accessories repair or modify probes for use.
