Dock & Loading Equipment
Dock equipment supports the loading and unloading of goods from vehicle trailers in loading docks, yards, and similar areas in industrial facilities. Wheel chocks stabilize vehicles to prevent them from moving. Trailer-stabilizing jacks support trailers to prevent tipping. Loading ramps, plates, and boards ease transitions between trucks and the offload surface. Dock bumpers absorb impact to protect buildings. Dock seals and shelters keep hazards and particulates (such as wind, rain, and exhaust fumes) out of buildings and trucks. Dock doors, curtains, and openers prevent dirt and debris from entering the building and provide privacy and security in loading dock areas. Dock gates prevent pedestrians and vehicles from entering restricted areas. Dock door safety nets create a temporary barrier that prevents people and equipment from moving through a door when it's open. Curtains and strip doors reduce noise and keep bugs and debris out of trailers. Wheel risers elevate the back of a truck or trailer to the level of the loading dock. Clearance bars alert drivers to building height limitations.
