Stationary Fixturing
Available183 products
Stationary fixturing tools provide high stability to ensure high levels of precision for critical machining applications, including layout and inspection tasks. Angle plates have precision-ground surfaces to hold workpieces at a precise 90° angle. Box parallels square workpieces for layout, scribing, inspecting, and machining. Collet indexers position workpieces for four-axis milling, drilling, and machining. Fixture plates have slots to secure fixture clamps and locating rails for accurate and repeatable machining. Locating rails install on fixtures and machine tables to quickly align parts for repeatable machining operations. Magnetic chucks hold workpieces without requiring clamps. Machining positioning tables have a top that can be adjusted front-to-back and side-to-side to make precise adjustments before machining. Rotary machining tables have a round surface that turns to position workpieces for layout and inspection as well as grinding, milling, and drilling operations.
