Plasma Torch Retaining Caps

Available24 products
Retaining caps secure plasma torch nozzles, swirl rings, and other consumables in place on plasma torches. Sometimes known as retaining cups or shield cups, they also circulate coolant around the outside of the nozzles and direct shielding gas into the shield cap. Retaining caps are compatible with specific brands and series of plasma torches. They must be replaced when they become worn or damaged to maintain the performance of the plasma torches. A complete plasma torch assembly includes a swirl ring, nozzle, retaining cap, shield cap, and electrode.
