Nickel Alloy Stick Welding Electrodes
Available5 products
Nickel alloy stick welding electrodes provide filler metal for welding nickel alloys and other compatible workpieces in SMAW (shielded metal arc welding) tasks. These welding rods have a coating that releases shielding gas as it's heated, which helps keep contaminants out of the weld pool. This means the electrodes don't require an external source of shielding gas, so they can be used in windy outdoor areas.
ENiCrFe-2 Stick Welding Electrodes
ENiCrFe-2 stick welding electrodes contain less manganese than ENiCrFe-3 stick welding electrodes and can be used in welding applications with a maximum temperature of 1500⁰F. They are used for welding nickel-chromium-iron (NiCrFe) alloys to themselves or to carbon steel or stainless steel. They are also suitable for overlaying cladding where a similar composition is needed.

ENiCrMo-3 Stick Welding Electrodes
ENiCrMo-3 stick welding electrodes are used for welding nickel-chromium-molybdenum (NiCrMo) alloys to themselves or to carbon steel, low-alloy steel, or stainless steel. They are commonly used to overlay cladding in applications that require similar chemical composition on the clad side.

ENiCu-7 Stick Welding Electrodes
ENiCu-7 stick welding electrodes are used for welding nickel-copper (NiCu) alloys to themselves and to steel. They are also used for overlay welding in applications that require a corrosion-resistant surface.
