Corded Routers & Laminate Trimmers
Available31 products
Corded routers and laminate trimmers spin cutting bits that remove material from wood workpieces to profile edges, create grooves and slots, cut joints, and trace shapes. Their collet holds bits with a shank diameter that matches the collet size, and their depth adjustment controls how far the bits cut into material. They accept a range of bit styles to make different cuts, such as chamfers, dadoes, rabbets, and mortises. These corded tools allow long run times for repetitive tasks, maintain full power during operation, and have no batteries to recharge.
Product Type
Compact Corded Routers
These light, compact routers are easier to maneuver for smaller jobs and more detailed work than larger corded routers. Also known as palm routers, they form decorative edges, mortise hinges and locksets, trim laminate, and cut openings for windows and doors.

Mid-Size Corded Routers
Mid-size routers provide more power, use bigger bits, and accept a wider array of bits and accessories to manage larger workpieces, cut harder woods, and produce higher volumes of work than compact routers. They perform large-scale edge forming, slotting, grooving, tracing, dovetailing, panel trimming, and circle cutting tasks.

Full-Size Corded Routers
Full-size routers deliver ample size and power for woodworking production operations that manufacture cabinets, furniture, countertops, doors, and other large wood items. They provide versatility to function as handheld routers, mount to router tables, or use in CNC (computer numerical control) operations. These production routers flatten slabs, create raised door panels, and perform the largest-scale, highest-volume jobs where smaller routers would be inadequate.
