Rotary Tools

Available2 products
Rotary tools rotate attachments at high speed and low torque for detailed work in fabrication, repair, restoration, and crafting. Their small size allows them to access tight spaces, recesses, and contours for sanding, grinding, carving, engraving, polishing, routing, drilling, and cutting small objects and small surface areas. Cutting tasks require extra caution since the tool has no guard around the attachment. Rotary tools accept various attachments such as burs, abrasive points, sanding discs, wire brushes, polishing pads, and cutting wheels. An attachment's rated speed must equal or exceed the rotary tool's maximum speed to prevent the attachment from breaking or flying apart. Corded rotary tools plug into an outlet to allow longer run times than cordless tools for applications where portability isn't a concern. Cordless rotary tools run on batteries, so they are more portable than corded tools.
