The edge of grout removal blades is coated with abrasive grit for grinding grout from joints and grooves. These blades attach to an oscillating multi-tool to clear grout lines so that tile can be regrouted. They are sometimes used to cut and shape plaster.

Bosch grout removal blades have a Starlock or StarlockMax connector. Starlock blades are a direct fit on Bosch oscillating tools and other brands with a Starlock, StarlockPlus, or StarlockMax mount. They also work with a Starlock to oscillating interface system (OIS) adapter for compatibility with non-Starlock tools. StarlockMax blades are a direct fit on tools with a StarlockMax mount.
