Band saw blade welders are used in blade houses and manufacturing facilities that have in-house blade welding services. They cut, weld, and grind band saw blade coil stock to custom lengths to fit special-application band saws. Blade ends are clamped in place and the machine welds and grinds the edges to form a finished blade.

Dayton band saw blade welders weld and grind band saw carbon and bimetal band saw blade stock to create custom-length blades. The welders cut, weld, and grind cut edges and seams to create a finished blade.
