Pipe Threading Power Tools
Pipe threading power tools rotate their die head around pipe, conduit, bolts, and rods to cut or repair external threads that mate with internal threads on fittings or fasteners. They are commonly used when installing new pipe or replacing damaged sections of pipe. Handheld power pipe threaders are compact to fit into tight spaces and lightweight to hold when threading pipe at jobsites, especially pipe that's already installed. Die heads hold the dies that cut threads as the threader rotates the die head around the pipe. Pipe threading machines provide a workstation for high-volume threading jobs that require accurate cuts and faster threading than handheld power threaders.
