Corded staple guns (sometimes called power staplers) hold U-shaped fasteners to secure thin material to wood. Power staplers speed fastening and reduce fatigue compared to hand staplers. They are used for applications such as applying sheeting to exterior walls, securing thin flooring, and attaching fencing to wood posts. They are also used for upholstering, securing wire and cord, and other light-duty tasks.
