General Purpose Right-Angle Drills
Available12 products
Right-angle drills set their bit-holding chuck at 90° to the tool body, giving them a slim profile for accessing corners and reaching into tight spaces. They have a straight body for gripping the tool and applying pressure to the bit during drilling and driving. Their weight is distributed along the tool body, so they're usually easier to hold steady than pistol-grip drills. They have a lever switch that is pressed with multiple fingers (rather than with a single finger like a trigger switch) to reduce hand fatigue during extended use. These tools are commonly used for drilling in general maintenance and construction tasks. Corded drills plug into an outlet to allow longer run times than cordless drills for applications where portability isn't a concern. Cordless drills are used when access to a wired power source is not available, making them more portable than corded drills.
