Flex-Wire Thermocouple Probes
Available68 products
Flex-wire thermocouple probes, also known as flexible-wire thermocouples, have an insulated cable with a beaded junction on the sensing end. The terminal end is connected to a meter or receiver. Depending on the application, they’re available with particular terminal types, such as 3-pin, mini-plug, or bare-wire leads. They are also available with different insulation types: PTFE and Teflon insulation are typically used in caustic and moist environments; fiberglass insulation is often used for high-temperature environments; and Kapton insulation is used for both moist and high-temperature environments.
Flex-Wire for Air Applications
These probes measure the temperature of air and gas. They are built with perforated metal that exposes the sensor to the environment and protects it from contact or damage.

Flex-Wire for Surface Applications
These probes measure and monitor temperatures of stationary, moving, or rotating surfaces. The surfaces can be flat, round, or irregular in form. Select probes are made with a self-adhesive strip for semi-permanent placement or surface temperature monitoring.

Flex-Wire for Liquid & Gas Applications
These flex-wire probes are made with coatings that allow them to be immersed in water, steam, or other liquids and gases. They are used to measure the temperature of fluid, gas, or gel in industrial applications and production environments.
