Octave Band Analyzers
Octave band analyzers help determine the most effective hearing protection based on environmental sound measurement. The volume of sound in decibels (dB) is measured in combination with the frequency of those sounds, determining the frequency composition of the area being tested.
Type 2
Type 2 sound level meters offer mid-range resolution and measure most of the common frequencies encountered in day-to-day activities. They are commonly used for noise assessments to verify if levels are within acceptable levels.
