Absolute Pressure Transmitters
Absolute pressure transmitters measure system pressure against a reference vacuum rather than ambient pressure. Also known as pressure transducers, these instruments have a threaded process connection that secures them to an industrial process; their electrical connections transmit or send output signals to a control panel or monitoring system. They’re built with 316 stainless steel wetted parts for broad liquid and gas compatibility, and their NEMA 4X housings help protect them from harsh and outdoor environments. They’re commonly used in research and laboratory applications, food packaging applications, irrigation, pump control, and booster stations in liquid and gas pipelines.
Absolute Pressure Transmitters
These pressure transmitters are built with threaded process connections for direct mounting to systems. They also have electrical terminations that connect to compatible control systems for monitoring. Also called pressure sensors and pressure transducers, these instruments are commonly used for process automation and control, pneumatic sensing, presses and machine tools, and industrial and commercial HVAC and refrigeration applications.
