Dial Differential Pressure Gauges
Dial differential pressure gauges measure the difference in pressure between two points in a system and display the measurement on an analog dial display. Users can connect gauges with integral switches to a control system to respond when the measured pressure rises or falls below a set point. Gauges are available for use in low-, medium-, and high-pressure systems.
For Low Operating Pressure
These gauges are designed for use with lower total static system pressure. They measure and indicate differential pressure of air and compatible gases or liquids. The gauges are commonly used for reading pressure in isolation and hospital environments and temporary units.

Gauge with Switch For Low Operating Pressure
These gauges are used for applications with lower total static system pressure and measure positive or negative differential pressure of air and compatible gases. Also called differential pressure switches, these gauges both measure and control differential pressure or negative or positive static pressure of air and compatible gases, allowing monitoring and switching to be performed by a single instrument. Common applications include clean rooms and glove boxes, lab exhaust systems, and air conditioning.

Gauge with Air Velocity for Low Operating Pressure
These gauges are used for applications with lower static system pressure. They have a dual-scale that measures in. wc (inches of water column) and ft./minute to measure air velocity in a system with the use of pitot tubes. These gauges are commonly used with air and noncorrosive gases in applications such as blowers and exhaust systems where monitoring the velocity of gas through the system is critical.

For Medium & High Operating Pressure
These dial gauges measure the pressure difference between two points in medium- and high-operating pressure systems. Gauges with diaphragm actuators permit no bypass of fluid and can be used on air, gas, and liquids in applications such as water treatment and anhydrous ammonia. Gauges with piston-style actuators, which can permit fluid migration, are used in demanding applications such as hydraulics, pumps, and heat exchangers.

Gauge with Switch for Medium & High Operating Pressure
These gauges are designed with mechanically-adjustable switches to perform monitoring and control of a system in a single instrument. They are used in demanding medium- and high-static system pressure applications such as hydraulics and pumps, filter monitoring, compressed air, chillers, and heat exchangers.
