Air entrapment indicators measure the concentration of air trapped or intentionally mixed into a sample of concrete. This allows users to verify their mix is correct and will not fail under normal use.
Air Entrapment Equipment
This air entrapment test equipment measures the air content of wet concrete after it is mixed. They operate by using water or another test media that soaks into the concrete and displaces air trapped in the mix. This air escapes the concrete and floats to the top of the test media where it can be measured and the concentration of air can be calculated.
