Patient transfer sheets, mats, and straps assist with moving people from one surface or position to another. They are commonly used to shift people onto and off of wheelchairs, gurneys, hospital beds, and exam tables. These devices also assist with emergency evacuations of individuals who are disabled or incapacitated.
