General Purpose Chemical-Resistant Gloves

Available29 products
General purpose chemical-resistant gloves are made of rubber polymers that withstand exposure to acids, bases, solvents, and other chemicals. They are worn by workers who are exposed to hazardous liquids when exposure to other hazards (such as cuts and heat) are not a concern. Gloves with higher levels of protection are generally thicker than gloves with lower levels of protection. Thinner gloves have a better sense of touch and less chemical resistance than thicker gloves.

Nitrile Chemical-Resistant Gloves, Unsupported

Nitrile Chemical-Resistant Gloves, Unsupported
These nitrile chemical-resistant gloves are unsupported. Nitrile gloves resist oils, grease, hydrocarbons, animal fats, punctures, and abrasion. They have good resistance to acids, some organic solvents, pesticides, and fuel. Unsupported gloves have a good sense of touch and are less durable than supported gloves, making them a good choice when gloves come into contact with chemicals but are not fully submerged.

Natural-Rubber Latex Chemical-Resistant Gloves with Flocked Cotton Liner, Unsupported

Natural-Rubber Latex Chemical-Resistant Gloves with Flocked Cotton Liner, Unsupported
These natural-rubber latex chemical-resistant gloves have an unsupported flocked cotton liner. Chemical-resistant natural-rubber latex gloves provide good resistance to some acids, alcohols, caustics, and detergents. They have poor resistance to oils, greases, hydrocarbons, and organic solvents. Latex has high elasticity and dexterity, exceptional grip in wet and dry applications, and good resistance against rips and tears. It can cause allergic reactions in some people. The unsupported cotton flock liner has a good sense of touch and absorbs perspiration to keep hands drier longer than unlined gloves, making them more comfortable and easier to put on and take off.

Butyl Chemical-Resistant Gloves, Unsupported

Butyl Chemical-Resistant Gloves, Unsupported
These butyl chemical-resistant gloves are unsupported. Butyl gloves have a high permeation resistance to gases and water vapors and provide heavy chemical resistance to esters, ketones, and acids. Butyl is very elastic and remains flexible at low temperatures. Unsupported gloves have a good sense of touch and are less durable than supported gloves, making them a good choice when gloves come into contact with chemicals but are not fully submerged.

Nitrile Chemical-Resistant Gloves with Nylon Liner, Supported

Nitrile Chemical-Resistant Gloves with Nylon Liner, Supported
These nitrile chemical-resistant gloves have a supported nylon liner. Nitrile gloves resist oils, grease, hydrocarbons, animal fats, punctures, and abrasion. They have good resistance to acids, some organic solvents, pesticides, and fuel. Nylon glove liners wick moisture away from the skin. They are durable, resist pilling, and produce less lint than other fibers. Supported gloves incorporate the liner into the glove for better durability over unsupported gloves, making them a good choice for tasks when gloves are fully submerged in liquid.

Butyl/Viton Chemical-Resistant Gloves, Unsupported

Butyl/Viton Chemical-Resistant Gloves, Unsupported
These butyl/Viton-blend chemical-resistant gloves are unsupported. Butyl/Viton-blend gloves are soft, flexible, and provide excellent protection against aggressive chemicals, such as hydrocarbons and concentrated mineral acids. Unsupported gloves have a good sense of touch and are less durable than supported gloves, making them a good choice when gloves come into contact with chemicals but are not fully submerged.
