General Purpose PVC Type 1 Rods
PVC Type 1 rods have a temperature range of 32° F (0°C) to 140° F (60° C) and resist chemicals or oxidizing media. They can be cut, drilled, tapped, routed, and machined using tools as well as brake-formed, heat welded, adhesive bonded and mechanically fastened for rapid fabrication. They serve as excellent electrical insulators and are commonly used for sight windows and transparent dividers in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and even food- processing applications.
