Titanium Rods
Available103 products
Titanium rods resist corrosion and are lighter and stronger than steel rods. They come in different material grades that provide distinct levels of strength and properties that help them withstand high temperatures, resist wear, and make them easy to weld, work, form, and machine for specific applications. Rods have round cross sections and are 6” or greater in length, while discs are less than 6” long.
High-Strength, Corrosion-Resistant Grade 2 Titanium Rods
Grade 2 titanium rods resist corrosion and are lightweight with a high strength-to-weight ratio. They are made of commercially pure titanium, which makes them softer and easier to work and machine than other titanium grades. These rods are typically manufactured into aerospace parts and components, chemical-processing parts, cryogenic vessels, and heat exchangers.
