Shock-Resistant 1117 Carbon Steel Rods
Grade 1117 carbon steel rods and discs contain manganese to increase hardness and machinability. They maintain their shape and mechanical properties over time and are used for applications where case hardening is required and manufactured into carburized parts, gears, shafts, couplings, pins, studs, and universal joints.
