Bronze rods and discs come in different material grades with distinct levels of strength and corrosion- and wear-resistance properties. Select grades also have self-lubricating properties to help them withstand extended periods of wear. Rods have round cross sections and are 6” or greater in length, while discs are less than 6” long.

Corrosion-Resistant C89835 Bronze Discs
Grade C89835 bronze discs do not contain lead and are safe to use around drinking water. This bronze is malleable, corrosion-resistant, and thermally conductive. These discs are often manufactured into faucets, plumbing and pipe parts and components, and gears. Grade C89835 bronze is also called bismuth tin bronze.
