Graphite Rods
Available3 products
Graphite rods are strong, lightweight, and conduct heat and electricity. They resist shock, corrosion, acids, and other chemicals and are self-lubricating to prevent sticking and binding. Rods have round cross sections and are 6” or greater in length, while discs are less than 6” long.
Compressible Graphite Rods
Compressible graphite rods conduct heat and electricity, and can be machined to exact tolerances. They are strong, lightweight, and resist shock, corrosion, acids, and other chemicals. These rods have self-lubricating properties and won’t bind or stick to materials. Graphite rods are often used for structural supports, stir sticks, electrodes, and heat-treating applications.
