ANSI Standard Roller Chains

Available141 products

ANSI standard roller chains engage with the teeth of a compatible sprocket to transmit power between rotational shafts, and provide a more precise and controlled drive system over belts because they will not slip or wear. These roller chains meet ANSI/ASME manufacturing specifications.

Standard Roller Chains

Standard Roller Chains
Standard roller chains have a single strand for general purpose conveying applications that require durable chains in non-corrosive environments. These roller chains must be matched with a compatible ANSI/ASME sprocket.

Hollow-Pin Roller Chains

Hollow-Pin Roller Chains
These roller chains have connecting pins with a hollow center. This design allows cross rods and attachments to be inserted through the pins and moved as needed without disassembling the chain. These roller chains must be matched with a compatible ANSI/ASME sprocket.

Heavy Riveted Roller Chains

Heavy Riveted Roller Chains
These heavy riveted roller chains have thicker link plates than standard roller chains. Their heavier construction allows these chains to absorb more shock and convey heavier loads. These roller chains must be matched with a compatible ANSI/ASME sprocket.

Curved Roller Chains

Curved Roller Chains
Curved roller chains, also called side bow, are designed to bend and twist to allow more flexibility on drive systems that are not linear. They work on curved conveyors or drives with misaligned sprockets. These roller chains must be matched with a compatible ANSI/ASME sprocket.

Lube-Free Roller Chains

Lube-Free Roller Chains
Lube-free steel roller chains have oil impregnated bushings that provide enough lubrication to operate. They are useful for environments where lubrication is difficult or unwanted to protect products from exposure to grease. Lube-free chains should be matched with sprockets that have undergone a heat treatment to harden the teeth. These roller chains must be matched with a compatible ANSI/ASME sprocket.

Anti-Corrosion Roller Chains

Anti-Corrosion Roller Chains

Corrosion-resistant roller chains have several material options depending on the needs of the application.

Stainless steel has less strength than standard roller chains and are suitable for light duty applications that require all stainless steel equipment such as food processing plants.

Coated has a surface treatment that withstands harsh outdoor environments such as exposure to seawater. They are stronger than stainless steel and offer more corrosion-resistance than nickel-plated chains.

Nickel-plated steel withstands mildly corrosive environments. They are stronger than stainless steel chains and are suitable in humid locations or for operations that require washdown.

Poly-steel has polyacetal links that reduce the weight of the chain while still providing resistance to temperature extremes and corrosion. They are suitable for light duty applications that do not require lubrication.
