ANSI Standard Roller Chain Links
Available480 products
ANSI standard roller chain links are individual links that are added to an existing chain to replace a worn link or to extend the length of the chain. Connecting links, also called master links, are needed when adding or removing links. These roller chain links meet ANSI/ASME manufacturing specifications and must replace links in a compatible ANSI/ASME roller chain.
Connecting Links for ANSI Standard Chains
These ANSI standard connecting links, also referred to as master links, are useful for joining, repairing, and adjusting roller chains. A removable side plate is held in place by a spring clip or cotter pin, and allows the link to join chain ends together. Connecting links with spring clips are typically used with chain size 60 or lower and cotter pins are used with chain size 80 or higher.

Offset Links for ANSI Standard Chains
These ANSI standard offset links, also called half links, are used when an odd number of links are required in a roller chain. The links are designed to connect with a single- or double-strand chain and each link consists of one roller and one pin. The pin is removable with a cotter pin so that the link can be added to or removed from an existing chain.
