Order LookupTiming Belt Pulleys & Idlers
Timing belt pulleys and idlers mate with the tooth pattern of a compatible timing belt to transmit rotational power to a shaft. They maintain consistent synchronous drive rotation in robotics, conveying, manufacturing, machine tool, and agricultural environments. Trapezoidal timing belt pulleys are the most common type of timing pulley, with trapezoidal tooth profiles in small to large pitch sizes. HTD timing belt pulleys have a round, curvilinear, tooth profile to increase contact surface area and dampen stresses. GT timing belt pulleys have a steep, round tooth profile to increase contact pressure and surface area while reducing backlash. Urethane carbon timing belt pulleys are heavy-duty replacements for high torque chain drives. SilentSync series timing belt pulleys are rugged and heavy-duty replacements for high torque chain drives. Timing belt pulley bar stocks and flanges allow users to create custom-configured timing belt pulley solutions. Timing belt idler pulleys maintain belt tension and position belts away from obstacles.
