Vacuum Generators
Vacuum generators use compressed air to convert air pressure into vacuum. They connect at or near the point of use to generate the suction needed for vacuum pads to attach to workpieces in material handling applications. Also referred to as vacuum ejectors, these devices are often used in systems without a vacuum pump.
Schmalz SCPS-L/SCPSi-L Series Compact Vacuum Generators
Schmalz SCPS-L and SCPSi-L compact vacuum generators offer high suction rates with low compressed air consumption for handling permeable and non-rigid workpieces in automated systems with limited space. They have multi-stage modular nozzles that provide a wide range of vacuum capacities. SCPSi-L models have IO-Link functionality to monitor and access process data. These generators are used for automated parts handling, robotic systems, and pick-and-place applications with short cycle times.
