Counter-Mounted Hospital & Lab Sinks
Available21 products
Laboratory sinks are designed for lab or clinical environments where potentially corrosive materials need to be disposed down a drain. These sinks are fabricated from HDPE or stainless steel to withstand corrosion or chemical reactions. Counter-mounted sink models are typically a "drop-in" design that have a rolled or molded rim or protruding edge to sit on the countertop and overhang the hole in the countertop where the sink will remain. Cup Sinks are round, deep bowls especially designed to improve drainage and protect against splashing.
Corrosion-Resistant Laboratory Sinks
Corrosion-resistant laboratory cup sinks are built to withstand corrosion and chemical reactions. These counter-mounted sinks are "dropped" into a hole cut out of a lab countertop. A rolled and finished rim, or protruding edge, sits above the countertop and overhangs the hole in the counter keeping the sink in place. Smaller cup sinks help minimize any splashes and spills of chemicals being poured down a drain compared to the larger, open square sinks. These chemical-resistant sinks are used in both educational and commercial laboratories.
