Piston valves control the flow of chemically compatible media in heat transfer, hot water, and steam applications. These valves open and close with a handwheel that lowers the piston into the media's flow path. The lowering piston pushes away debris and other system contaminants settled at the bottom of the valve body to prevent damage to the valve seal.
