Instrumentation inline poppet check valves are compact, suit high-pressure applications, ensure fluids travel through a system in the intended direction, and prevent backflow. Inline valves create a linear flow path for media to minimize pressure drops and ensure efficient flow. Flowing media pushes the poppet attached to its spring-loaded stem away from its seat and opens the valve. When pressure on the outlet side exceeds the pressure on the inlet side (back-siphonage), the poppet is lowered into the flow path to stop the backward flow of media and contaminants.
