PVDF barbed tube fittings are commonly used in water filtration and water treatment applications. PVDF, or polyvinylidene fluoride, tube fittings offer excellent chemical and heat resistance. These barbed fittings include ridges on the exterior surface that grip inside the tubing for a tight seal without glues or bonding agents. Hose clamps provide additional holding power.
