CPVC Pressure Pipe Fittings & Flanges

Available353 products
Nontoxic CPVC (chlorinated polyvinyl chloride) pipe fittings and flanges are pressure rated to transport potable water, corrosive liquids, and sewage. Pressure-rated fittings have a numbered schedule rating. The higher schedule number indicates a thicker, stronger wall to handle higher pressures. Schedule 80 fittings have thicker walls than Schedule 40. CPVC is a strong, rigid thermoplastic material that resists corrosion, chemicals, and rust. CPVC pressure pipe fittings and flanges come in a variety of shapes and sizes.

Threaded x Threaded Schedule 80 Pipe Fittings

Threaded x Threaded Schedule 80 Pipe Fittings

Nontoxic threaded x threaded Schedule 80 CPVC pressure-rated fittings connect to pipe and have thicker walls than Schedule 40 fittings. These pressure fittings are threaded on all connection ends. Female threads are on the inside of a fitting. Male threads are on the outside of a fitting and screw into the female threads. Threaded connections use PTFE tape to secure seal.

Blind Schedule 80 Flanges

Blind Schedule 80 Flanges
Nontoxic blind Schedule 80 CPVC pressure-rated flanges connect to pipe and have thicker walls than Schedule 40 flanges These flanges, also called blank flanges, seal the end of piping systems or pressure vessel openings. Blind flanges are commonly used for testing the flow of gas or liquid through a pipe or vessel by blocking off a section of the pipe that is not used. Blind flanges typically have a raised, flat, or RTJ (ring-type joint) face.

Spigot Schedule 80 Flanges

Spigot Schedule 80 Flanges
Nontoxic spigot Schedule 80 CPVC pressure-rated flanges connect to pipe and have thicker walls than Schedule 40 flanges. Spigot pressure flanges fit into a CPVC (chlorinated polyvinyl chloride) or PVC (polyvinyl chloride) fitting. The spigot (also known as street) end fits inside a flange fitting. The spigot end is necessary when a fitting connects to another fitting (not directly to a pipe). These fittings require glue or adhesive to secure the connection.

Threaded Schedule 80 Flanges

Threaded Schedule 80 Flanges
Nontoxic Schedule 80 CPVC pressure-rated flanges connect to pipe and have thicker walls than Schedule 40 flanges. These threaded flanges, also called screwed flanges, are similar to slip-on pipe flanges except the bore of the threaded pipe flange has tapered threads. These flanges are used with pipes that have external threads, so a welded connection is not required. Flanges have a raised face, flat face, or RTJ (ring-type joint) facing, and are often used for small diameter, high pressure requirements.
