Oil-Resistant Buna-N Flange Gaskets
Available104 products
Buna-N flange gaskets resist oil, water, and mild chemicals. Buna-N (nitrile) is a synthetic rubber that resists oils, water, aliphatic hydrocarbons, and gasoline and is used in industrial piping systems for petrochemical processing, power generation, and pulp and paper manufacturing.
Buna-N Full-Face Gaskets
Buna-N full-face gaskets cover the entire surface area of the flange and include holes to insert flange bolts and ease alignment. The gasket extends to the outside diameter of the flange which prevents dirt and contaminants from entering the joint. These gaskets are typically used with flat-face (FF) flange fittings so that the mating flange components fit flush against the gasket. Full-face gaskets require the joint to be disassembled to install.

Buna-N Ring Gaskets
Buna-N ring gaskets sit against the internal edge of the flange, around the pipe bore, and inside the bolts. They are typically positioned onto the raised surface of a raised-face (RF) flange. Ring gaskets install by dropping them into the flange fitting without fully disassembling the joint.

Food-Grade Buna-N Full-Face Gaskets
Food-grade full-face gaskets are made of oil-resistant Buna-N and meet FDA standards for use in equipment in food processing plants. These full-face gaskets cover the entire surface area of the flange and include holes to insert flange bolts and ease alignment. The gasket extends to the outside diameter of the flange which prevents dirt and contaminants from entering the joint. These gaskets are typically used with flat-face (FF) flange fittings so that the mating flange components fit flush against the gasket.
