Chemical-Resistant PTFE Flange Gaskets
Available265 products
PTFE flange gaskets have a high resistance to chemicals and solvents. PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) is a nonconductive plastic material that also resists heat and friction and is used in a wide range of industrial applications such as chemical, oil, and gas processing.
Standard PTFE Full-Face Gaskets
Standard PTFE full-face gaskets cover the entire surface area of the flange and include holes to insert flange bolts and ease alignment. The gasket extends to the outside diameter of the flange which prevents dirt and contaminants from entering the joint. These gaskets are typically used with flat-face (FF) flange fittings so that the mating flange components fit flush against the gasket. Full-face gaskets require the joint to be disassembled to install.

Standard PTFE Ring Gaskets
Standard PTFE ring gaskets sit against the internal edge of the flange, around the pipe bore, and inside the bolts. They are typically positioned onto the raised surface of a raised-face (RF) flange. Ring gaskets install by dropping them into the flange fitting without fully disassembling the joint.

Food-Grade PTFE Ring Gaskets
Food-grade PTFE ring gaskets meet FDA standards for use in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical applications. Ring gaskets sit against the internal edge of the flange, around the pipe bore, and inside the bolts. They are typically positioned onto the raised surface of a raised-face (RF) flange. Ring gaskets install by dropping them into the flange fitting without fully disassembling the joint.

Reinforced PTFE Ring Gaskets
These PTFE ring gaskets are reinforced with a stainless steel insert to provide additional stability. Ring gaskets sit against the internal edge of the flange, around the pipe bore, and inside the bolts. They are typically positioned onto the raised surface of a raised-face (RF) flange. Ring gaskets install by dropping them into the flange fitting without fully disassembling the joint.

Compressible ePTFE Ring Gaskets
These ePTFE ring gaskets are made of expanded PTFE which is a more compressible form of PTFE that provides a tighter seal. Ring gaskets sit against the internal edge of the flange, around the pipe bore, and inside the bolts. They are typically positioned onto the raised surface of a raised-face (RF) flange. Ring gaskets install by dropping them into the flange fitting without fully disassembling the joint.

High-Performance Food-Grade PTFE Ring Gaskets
These high-performance PTFE ring gaskets provide superior sealing over standard PTFE gaskets and prevent deformation from mechanical stress. They are useful for flanges that have damaged or irregular surfaces. Ring gaskets sit against the internal edge of the flange, around the pipe bore, and inside the bolts. They are typically positioned onto the raised surface of a raised-face (RF) flange. Ring gaskets install by dropping them into the flange fitting without fully disassembling the joint.
