Air Hose Assemblies
Available869 products
Air hose assemblies come with fittings installed on both ends of the hose for connecting the hose to pneumatic tools and equipment. Also known as pneumatic hoses or air compressor hoses, air hoses are used to carry compressed air to tools and equipment. These hoses are uncoiled and can be stored on a reel to keep them out of the way when not in use.
EPDM Air Hose Assemblies with EPDM Cover
EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) air hose assemblies with EPDM covers are used to convey compressed air or water to tools and equipment in industrial, construction, and agricultural applications. The hoses have an EPDM tube and an EPDM cover that provide excellent resistance to heat, cold, weather, and ozone and offer mild resistance to chemicals.

Nitrile Air Hose Assemblies with Carboxylated Nitrile Cover
Nitrile air hose assemblies with carboxylated nitrile covers are used for carrying compressed air to pneumatic tools and equipment in a wide range of factory, construction, agricultural, quarry, mining, railroad, oil and gas, and shipbuilding applications. These hoses have a nitrile tube that resists damage when exposed to oils, solvents, and aromatics. They also have a carboxylated nitrile cover that provides excellent resistance to weather, oils, and abrasion and moderate resistance to chemicals. The hoses do not conduct electricity.

Nitrile Air Hose Assemblies with Yellow Nitrile Cover
These nitrile air hose assemblies with yellow nitrile covers are used to convey air, water, oils, petroleum-based solvents, and agricultural spray solutions in the agricultural and oil and gas industries. The hoses have a nitrile tube and cover that resist damage when exposed to oil, solvents, and aromatics. The cover is pinpricked to allow gases or vapors trapped in the hose carcass to escape so they don't create a blister in the cover.

Oil-Resistant Nitrile Air Hose Assemblies with Nitrile Cover
Oil-resistant nitrile air hose assemblies with nitrile covers are used to carry compressed air to pneumatic tools and equipment in industrial-service, construction, and low-pressure spray applications. The hoses have a nitrile tube and a nitrile cover that resist oils, solvents, and aromatics. They are well suited for applications that require a hose with moderate oil resistance.

PVC Air Hose Assemblies with PVC Cover
PVC (polyvinyl chloride) air hose assemblies with PVC covers are used for carrying air, water, and various spray solutions to tools and equipment in industrial, construction, and agricultural hand-spraying applications. The hoses have a PVC tube and a PVC cover that resist many chemicals and provide moderate resistance to oils. These hoses are lightweight and flexible, which minimizes the effort it takes to lift or move the hose. Their PVC cover will not mark surfaces it comes in contact with.

Rubber Air Hose Assemblies with SBR Cover
Rubber air hose assemblies with SBR (styrene-butadiene rubber) covers are used on compressed air systems in food and beverage, packaging, industrial plants, and aerospace applications. These hoses have a flexible rubber tube with a tight bend radius, which allows the hose to be routed around obstacles. They also have an SBR cover that resists damage from mineral and synthetic compressor oils and fire.

TPE Air Hose Assemblies with TPE Cover
TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) air hose assemblies with TPE covers are used for carrying compressed air to pneumatic tools and equipment in construction and manufacturing applications. The hoses' tube and cover are made from TPE, which provides moderate resistance to oils and resists cracking and delamination when exposed to cold temperatures. These hoses are lightweight and flexible, which minimizes the effort it takes to lift or move the hose. Their TPE cover will not mark surfaces it comes in contact with and has low drag resistance, which minimizes the effort it takes to maneuver hoses on surfaces.
