EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) cam and groove gaskets provide excellent ozone resistance, good chemical and temperature resistance, but poor resistance to petroleum fluids. EPDM gaskets are used for outdoor applications including agriculture, construction, and food and dairy processing.

FKM (fluoroelastomer) cam and groove gaskets provide excellent resistance to oils, chemicals, and corrosive fluids. Also known by the tradename Viton or KPM internationally, FKM gaskets are used in petrochemical, military and defense, and aerospace industries.

FFKM (perfluoroelastomer) cam and groove gaskets resist harsh chemicals and extreme temperatures. These gaskets contain more fluorine than standard FKM which gives it improved resistance to high temperatures and chemicals. FFKM gaskets are used in petrochemical, power generation, and aerospace industries.
