Pre-coating cleaners remove substances from concrete, metal, and wood surfaces before applying a protective coating. Dirt, oil, grease, old paint, and other debris will hinder the adhesion of coatings and prevent a smooth finish.

Muriatic acid or muriatic acid replacement cleaners remove rust and efflorescence (salt deposits) from concrete, stucco, and brick in preparation for coating and sealing. These cleaners are used with a plastic bristle scrub brush and rinsed thoroughly with water.

Wood brighteners restore the natural look of wood. They remove graying fibers, rust from nails, and neutralize stains and discoloration which can especially occur in cedar and redwood due to the tannins in the tree. Brighteners are brushed or sprayed on wood and then rinsed off with a high-powered hose or pressure washer. They revive the look of wood in preparation for staining or sealing.
