Corrosion Inhibiting VCI Stretch Wrap
Available5 products
Corrosion-inhibiting stretch wrap, also called VCI (volatile corrosion inhibitor), is used to wrap machinery, ferrous parts, or other items where corrosion of metal parts is a concern. The wrap creates a barrier that protects parts from ambient moisture, protects parts during shipment, and ensures bundles are secure. Stretch wrap rolls have a continuous length of plastic that is wrapped around the sides of a pallet or bundle to protect the package from dust and moisture, prevent and indicate tampering, and keep items together.
Hand Grade VCI Stretch Wrap Films
Hand-grade corrosion-inhibiting stretch wrap is wrapped around a bundle or pallet to protect machinery and ferrous parts from rust or corrosion during shipping and storage. It can be applied with or without a handheld dispenser. The worker applies the wrap by holding the roll and walking around the bundle. These rolls are smaller than machine-grade wrap rolls, making them easier to transport around a facility. Hand-grade wrap is used in low- to moderate-volume wrapping applications.

Machine Grade VCI Stretch Wrap Films
Machine-grade corrosion-inhibiting stretch wrap is installed on a stretch wrap machine and is wrapped around a bundle or pallet to protect machinery and ferrous parts from rust or corrosion during shipping and storage. It comes on larger, heavier roils than hand-grade wrap. Opaque stretch wrap cannot be seen through, which provides added security by hiding product labels when shipping sensitive or valuable items.
