Roll & Panel Dollies

Roll dollies and panel dollies are wheeled carts that allow one person to move large rolled or flat materials across relatively flat ground in construction areas, warehouses, and other industrial applications. They are lighter, more compact, and easier to maneuver than standard bar trucks and panel trucks. Also known as carpet dollies and cradle dollies, roll dollies hold cylindrical loads, such as heavy rolls of carpet or paper. Also called panel pushers, panel dollies can hold flat items such as plywood sheets, drywall panels, doors, or window frames.
Cradle Dollies for Cylindrical Loads
Cradle dollies have a V-shaped steel frame that supports large, cylindrical items such as heavy rolls of carpet or paper and holds them securely in place as the dollies are moving. The dollies have two pneumatic wheels that can roll over rough terrain or uneven floor surfaces in indoor and outdoor areas.

Panel Dollies
Panel dollies consist of a small platform that can hold large, flat items such as plywood sheets, drywall panels, and doors. The platform has a lipped edge that keeps the items from sliding off the platform while the dollies are moving. These dollies do not have rails, so operators must support items on the dollies. The dollies have two pneumatic wheels that can roll over rough terrain or uneven floor surfaces in indoor and outdoor areas.

Heavy-Duty Cradle Dollies for Cylindrical Loads
Heavy-duty cradle dollies have four rigid casters arranged in a diamond pattern underneath the platform and can move heavier loads than standard cradle dollies with pneumatic wheels. They have a steel frame and wood contact blocks. The blocks have cutouts on all four sides that cradle large, cylindrical items such as heavy rolls of carpet or paper as they've moved on the dollies. They also are less likely to damage items on the dollies than the steel frame. Items can be loaded from any side of the dollies.
