Machinery and equipment movers are wheeled carts used to lift and move large, heavy equipment such as appliances, machinery, and safes. Also known as appliance movers, forklift hand trucks, and machinery dollies, they have forks or nose plates that slide under the equipment, and they have a hydraulic or mechanical lifting system that eliminates physical effort when raising very heavy equipment off the floor. Machinery and equipment movers are sold in pairs and must be used in pairs. Each machinery and equipment mover requires one operator.
Hydraulic-Lift Machinery & Equipment Movers with Dual-Forks
These machinery and equipment movers have two forks and can raise and move flat-bottomed equipment. They have hydraulic lifting systems and require less physical effort to operate than machinery and equipment movers with mechanical lifting systems. They have attachments points for load-securing straps but do not come with the straps.

These machinery and equipment movers have a short nose plate that is positioned at the center of their frame. Short nose plates are easier to slide under loads than full-length nose plates.
