Package Stops
Available38 products
Package stops install onto unpowered (gravity-flow) conveyors to help control the movement of items on the conveyor. They can be used to collect and hold conveyed items so they can be redirected within the conveyor system. They can also be used to prevent items from falling off the conveyor at the end of a run.
Plate-Style Package Stops for Rigid-Frame Roller Conveyors
Plate-style package stops (also known as dead plates) are flat metal plates that drop into sections of unpowered (gravity-flow) roller conveyors. They create a flat surface for stopping conveyed items and also provide work space for tasks such as packaging, assembling, or inspecting conveyed items. These plates replace the rollers in the conveyor and bolt into place using the existing mounting holes on the frame of the conveyor. The plate is designed to match the roller height of the conveyor when installed.

Pivoting Package Stops for Flexible-Frame Skate Wheel Conveyors
Pivoting package stops mount onto compatible unpowered (gravity-flow) skate wheel conveyors with flexible frames. The stops have handles that allow the user to raise the stops in order to temporarily halt the flow of items on the conveyor and prevent conveyed items from falling off the end of the conveyor. When the stops are no longer needed, they can be lowered to allow items to flow onto other conveyors or surfaces.
