Bucket trucks are used to store and transport 5-gal. buckets filled with paint, joint compound, industrial lubricants, dry goods, and other materials. Also known as paint carts, these wheeled carts minimize the effort it takes to lift and move heavy buckets in construction, maintenance, and food-service applications. Users move the truck over any 5-gal. bucket and step down on the truck's foot pedal to lift the bucket. When the destination has been reached, the user pushes up on the foot pedal to slowly return the bucket to the ground. The trucks have an upper platform for transporting additional supplies and materials.
