Rollers & Bearings for T-Slot Framing
Available59 products
Rollers and bearings allow doors and other parts to slide or roll on T-slot framing structures.
Roller Wheels
Roller wheels, also known as track rollers, allow parts to roll on T-slot framing structures. They mount to an end or slot of a T-slot framing profile with a T-nut or a compatible bracket. The wheel rests in the slot on another T-slot framing profile and rolls along the slot when force is applied.

Roller Wheel Brackets
Roller wheel brackets mount compatible wheels to T-slot framing profiles to allow parts to roll on T-slot framing structures. Also known as track roller carriages, the brackets install into the slot on a profile, and each bracket holds multiple wheels. They are commonly used to create a roller track on T-slot framing structures.

Standard Linear Bearings
Standard linear bearings each have a bracket lined with slippery PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) pads that allow parts to slide on T-slot framing structures. They attach to the slot on a T-slot framing profile, and another profile slides into the bearing. Also known as slide bearings, linear bearings have no moving parts and withstand dirt, water, impact, and vibration. This makes them well suited for automated equipment and other repetitive-motion applications that could wear out roller wheels. These bearings do not require assembly and are suitable for compression loads where the weight is applied from above the bearing. They should not be used for suspension applications.

Modular Linear Bearings
Modular linear bearings consist of plates and slippery PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) pads that allow parts to slide on T-slot framing structures. The plates and pads can be assembled in any configuration and can be reconfigured as needs change. Modular bearings do not require open profile ends for installation, so they can be installed on an assembled T-slot framing structure without having to take apart the structure. Modular Linear Bearing Assemblies
Modular linear bearing assemblies come installed on a T-slot framing profile, which saves installation time. Linear Bearing Brake Kits
These kits each include a handle and mounting hardware for attaching the handle to a linear bearing on a T-slot framing structure. The handle acts as a brake when engaged to stop the bearing from moving. The bearing can move when the handle is released. The handle also provides a grip for positioning the bearing on a T-slot framing profile.

Conveyor Roller Mounts
Conveyor roller mounts install into the slot on a T-slot framing profile and hold compatible conveyor rollers. They are used to create a roller conveyor surface on assembly lines and other structures built from T-slot framing. Rollers can be installed and removed from the mounts without disassembling the structure.
