Fasteners for T-Slot Framing
Available80 products
These fasteners install into the slots on T-slot framing profiles to connect hinges, panels, handles, and other parts to the profiles. The fasteners are part of T-slot framing systems, which consist of extruded aluminum profiles and other parts that combine to build carts, shelving, barriers, workstations, and other structures without requiring welding. The structures can be expanded or reconfigured as a facility's needs change.
Slide-In T-Nuts
Slide-in nuts, also known as end-feed nuts, insert into the slot at the end of a T-slot framing profile. The profile must have at least one open end to install a slide-in nut, and the nut can slide to any position along the profile's slot. Parts can be attached to the slide-in nut with a screw to secure them to the profile. Tightening down the screw prevents the nut from sliding in the slot.

Roll-In T-Nuts
Roll-in nuts turn on their side to insert from the top of a slot on a T-slot framing profile. The ends of the profile do not have to be open to install a roll-in nut, which allows parts to be added to an assembled structure without having to take apart the structure. The nut can be inserted anywhere along the slot, and it can slide to any position along the slot. Parts can be attached to the roll-in nut with a screw to secure them to the profile. Tightening down the screw prevents the nut from sliding in the slot.

Drop-In T-Nuts
Drop-in nuts insert from the top of a slot on a T-slot framing profile. Also called quarter-turn nuts and hammer nuts, these nuts lock in place in the slot with a quarter turn. The ends of the profile do not have to be open to install a drop-in nut, which allows parts to be added to an assembled structure without having to take apart the structure. The nut can be inserted anywhere along the slot, and it can slide to any position along the slot. Parts can be attached to the drop-in nut with a screw to secure them to the profile.

Drop-In T-Slot Studs
Drop-in studs have a threaded stud and insert from the top of a slot on a T-slot framing profile. Sometimes called hammer-head bolts, they lock in place with a quarter turn. The ends of the profile do not have to be open to install a drop-in stud, which allows parts to be added to an assembled structure without having to take apart the structure. The drop-in stud can be inserted anywhere along the slot, and it can slide to any position along the slot. A part installs onto the threaded stud and a compatible hex nut is threaded onto the stud to hold the part in place on the profile.
