Connectors for T-Slot Framing
Available197 products
These connectors join T-slot framing profiles to build carts, shelving, barriers, workstations, and other structures without requiring welding. The structures can be expanded or reconfigured as a facility's needs change.
Inside Corner Brackets
These L-shaped brackets install on the inside corner where two perpendicular profiles meet, and they connect the profiles at a 90° angle. The brackets are less visible than connectors that mount externally on the profiles, and the profiles do not have to be machined to install the brackets.

Plate Connectors
Flat plate connectors install where two profiles meet to join the profiles or reinforce an existing joint. They are used for applications like connecting walls, attaching a frame to a cart, or installing removable panels on a structural framing project. The profiles do not have to be machined to install the plates.

45° Corner Supports
45° corner supports connect a short piece of extrusion between two longer extrusions that are joined at a 90° angle. The short extrusion acts as a support bar that reinforces the inside corner where the two longer extrusions meet and minimizes deflection under heavy loads. The connectors join the short piece of extrusion to the two longer extrusions at a 45° angle. The ends of the short piece of extrusion must be mitered to a 45° angle and tapped to install the connectors.

Milling Connectors
Milling connectors consist of a bracket, a T-nut, and a set screw. They install into the slots on framing profiles to connect the profiles, and they are hidden in the slot for a clean look. These connectors insert into the open end of a slot on a mounting profile and can connect anywhere along a slot on a mating profile. The ends of the mating profile do not have to be open to install the connectors, which allows the mounting profile to be joined to the mating profile on a T-slot framing structure without having to take apart the structure. The profiles do not need to be machined to install the connectors.

Clamp Blocks
Clamp blocks are sold and used in pairs to connect intersecting T-slot profiles at an angle. The blocks install into a slot on a mounting profile, and each block has a tab that slides into a slot on an open end of a mating profile to help align and hold the mating profile in place on the mounting profile. The blocks can slide in the slots to adjust the angle and position of the mating profile. The profiles do not need to be machined to install the clamp blocks.

Anchor Connectors
Anchor connectors consist of a socket-head cap screw, cam, and T-nut. They create flush, vibration-resistant connections between framing profiles and can fit in areas where space is limited. The connectors are hidden in the slot for a clean look. These connectors insert into a counterbore on a mounting profile. They install into the slot on a mating profile and can slide anywhere along the slot on the mating profile. A counterbore must be machined on the mounting profile to install these connectors.

End Screw Connectors
End-screw connectors have a socket-head cap screw and wing clip. Also called tabbed concealed brackets, they join profiles at a 90° angle and are hidden in the slot for a clean look. The wing clip stops the mating profile from rotating. The end of the mounting profile must be tapped and a hole must be drilled in the mating profile for accessing the screw head in order to install these connectors.

Plate End Connectors
Plate end connectors create a flush 90° connection between two framing profiles. The plate covers the end of a mounting profile, and two T-nuts connect the plate to a mating profile. The T-nuts can be inserted anywhere along the slot of the mating profile. The end of the mounting profile must be tapped to install the connector.

Corner Cube Connectors
Corner cube connectors join T-slot framing profiles at 90° angles to form a corner. Holes on the cubes provide access to fasteners when attaching the cubes to the profiles. Caps are included for covering the access holes to hide the fasteners for a clean appearance once the cubes are installed. The ends of the extrusion must be tapped to install the connectors.
