Liquid Level Gauges for Drums & Tanks
Available369 products
Liquid level gauges for drums and tanks measure the volume of liquids inside drums, tanks, and other containers. Also known as level indicators, they provide readings in applications where fluids are not visible or are dangerous to handle like hazardous waste, chemicals, and diesel exhaust fluid (DEF). Rod material, float material, and the type of fluid they'll operate in are essential considerations when choosing a compatible liquid level gauge.
Swingarm Float Liquid Level Gauges
Swingarm float liquid-level gauges have stems with extended arms that have a floating component that stays buoyant in the fluid and moves up and down as the liquid level changes to measure its level. These indicators are ideal for applications with narrow clearances or environments where vertical floats and level measuring sticks wouldn't work. They install onto the tops of vertically-oriented drums and tanks and provide continuous, reliable measurements without requiring a power source.

Vertical Float Liquid Level Gauges
Vertical float liquid level gauges fit into the container and have a tape measure that extends from their stem to indicate the fluid level within the drum or tank. They have an attached float component that stays buoyant and moves up and down the stem as the liquid level changes. They install onto the top of vertically-oriented containers and are used where containers move often or are located in remote areas without power.

Ultrasonic Digital Display Liquid Level Gauges
Ultrasonic digital display liquid level gauges measure fluids that are dangerous or can't be touched, such as corrosive, hazardous, and pure liquids. Also known as ultrasonic level sensors, they install onto the tops of vertically-oriented containers and determine liquid levels by releasing echoing sound waves into the drums and tanks and calculating the time it takes for the echo to bounce off the liquid and return to the gauge.

Horizontal Sight Glass Gauges with Tee Connectors
Horizontal sight glass gauges with tee connectors secure to bungholes when the drum is on its side. Sight glass tubes fill up with liquid from the container as the liquid level rises and falls, providing real-time measurements of liquid levels.

Overfill Gauges
Overfill gauges indicate whether the liquid level inside a drum or tank is too high. They attach onto the top of vertically-oriented containers and are primarily used when filling them with liquids to ensure the contents reach the top but don't overfill.

Leak Gauges
Leak gauges attach onto the top of vertically-oriented, double-wall containment drums or tanks and indicate whether contents are escaping or leaking.

Level Measuring Sticks
Level measuring sticks are marked in gallon increments. They insert into the bung of vertically-oriented drums and tanks until they reach the bottom of the container. Then they are withdrawn slowly from the tank, leaving traces of the fluid on the stick to show the height of the liquid. They're used in applications where the drum or tank is moved often or located in remote areas where power is inaccessible.

Repair Kits for Liquid Level Gauges
These kits repair or replace components on liquid level gauges that are worn or damaged. Kits must match the gauge's brand and manufacturer model number.
