Salvage & Overpack Drums
Available63 products
Salvage and overpack drums provide secondary containment of damaged or leaky drums during shipping and storage. They seal with lids to prevent leaks and contain contents. Salvage drums are the only drums approved by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for transporting non-compliant containers filled with hazardous liquids, substances, or materials used in spill containment on public roads. Overpack drums are not DOT-approved to ship damaged or leaking containers.
Plastic Overpack Drums
Plastic overpack drums are lightweight, resist corrosion and damage from ultraviolet (UV), and are impervious to dents. Overpack drums are suitable for storing leaky or damaged containers filled with hazardous and nonhazardous materials. Additionally, they're often used in spill response and contamination cleanup to collect and transport soiled sorbents.
